The hypoallergenic product is made from the highest quality materials that ensure proper air circulation and optimal humidity levels. It is machine washable under home conditions. The maximum allowed washing temperature is 60°C.

We provide a manufacturer's/distributor's warranty on all products sold by the LOZKOHOLICY store.EN Sp.featuring.o. Sp. K. for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects revealed during this period will be removed free of charge by the Guarantor within 14 days counted from the date of delivery of the product to the Guarantor.
The warranty does not apply:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by poor use (not following the recommendations shown on the manufacturer's label).
A GUARANTEE, correctly submitted by you, should contain at least: - Your name and surname, address, - order number, name of the product and date of the contract forming the basis of the complaint, - subject of the complaint, with an indication of your request.
