How to make a complaint?
- Log in to your account and click "My account".
- Go to "ADD COMPLAINT" and select the goods you want to advertise.
- In the next step, fill in the required fields according to the displayed instructions.
- Print the generated form or use the blank form available at the end of the page.
- Pack the returned goods and send them to our address: LOZKOHOLICY.PL, 34 Zacisze Street, 08-110 Żelków-Kolonia. Goods sent back under the complaint weighing up to 2 kg are sent by Polish Post by economy registered mail, while goods weighing more than 2 kg are sent by economy postal parcel. The customer has the right to send back the goods in any way, but the returned cost of postage will be equivalent to the fee in accordance with the price list of the Polish Post.
General terms of submitting and accepting customer complaints
- Complaint should be made in writing (correctly completed complaint form) and sent along with the product with attached proof of purchase to the address of the company's headquarters.
- A complaint shall only cover defects arising from reasons inherent in the purchased goods, provided that the product was used in accordance with its intended purpose.
- The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission and to inform the Buyer about the result of the complaint.
