I hereby declare that by posting the comment "#consent" under my photo, I voluntarily consent to the use of the commented photo containing my image (hereinafter referred to as the "Photo") by LOZKOHOLICY.PL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa.
I also acknowledge that my image will be used solely for the purpose of posting the Photo on the lozkoholicy.pl website and on social media, particularly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Pinterest, and in our marketing materials.
