How to return?

Log in to your account and click "My account".
Go to "Returns of goods" and select the goods you wish to return.
In the next step, fill in the required fields according to the displayed instructions.
Print the generated form or use the blank form available at the end of the page.
Pack the returned goods and send them to our address: LOZKOHOLICY.PL Sp.z o.o. Sp. K., Zacisze Street 34, 08-110 Żelków-Kolonia

Filling out the form through the site, definitely shortens the time of the complaint.

You have 365 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to send back a standard size product to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LOZKOHOLICY.PL Sp.z o.o.Sp. K., ul. Zacisze 34, 08-110 Żelków-Kolonia, biuro@lozkoholicy.pl, Phone: 25 749 40 98) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You may also fill out and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal information on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail).
The return/exchange will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods by "LOZKOHOLICY.PL".
Goods sent back under the complaint weighing up to 2 kg are sent by the Polish Postal Service by economy registered letter, while goods weighing more than 2 kg are sent by economy postal parcel. The customer has the right to send back the goods in any way, however, the returned cost for shipping will be equally worth the fee according to the price list of the Polish Post.
The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of:
* Contracts in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs.
